Ms. Altman is an avid theatergoer and traveler who has visited more than 50 countries.
Most recently, Ms. Altman served as Vice President and Managing Legal Counsel at T. Rowe Price, where she negotiated global commercial, technology, and real estate contracts and led complex, cross-functional sourcing and outsourcing initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held legal and commercial roles at Adelberg Rudow, Nutramax Laboratories, and the international law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler in Australia.
While her experience spans large-scale corporate environments, Ms. Altman thrives in the fast-paced, hands-on nature of early-stage ventures and is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs who need practical, scalable legal guidance as they build and grow.
Ms. Altman’s global perspective is rooted in international experience across Australia, Germany, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and India, where she has negotiated cross-border vendor and procurement agreements for clients sourcing and selling around the world. She is fluent in Hebrew and Hindi.
Ms. Altman holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in Law and International Affairs from American University’s Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Altman is licensed to practice in Maryland.
