FOIA Analyst & Associate

Michelle M. Pitts, Esq., manages our FOIA legal practice for the U.S. Treasury Department, Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP). 

She is an experienced FOIA Analyst, litigator, legal advisor and case manager.

She prides herself as being an effective communicator, and as a strategic legal analyst.

Ms. Pitts is a Miami, Florida native and has a JD from Florida State University College of Law and a BS from the University of Florida where she majored in English and Criminology. She also was awarded for her writing and is in the process of securing a Top-Secret Security Clearance.
