A former capital markets and financial services attorney with top-tier firms and Fortune-ranked institutions, Peter has structured and negotiated over $50 billion in deals across capital markets, private equity, telecommunications, infrastructure, logistics, and technology.

Mr. Neda built and led legal teams from the ground up—including for a PE-backed venture that scaled from $75M to over $1B in investments—and served as trusted advisor to Boards and executive leadership.
