Mr. Johnson received his Master of Laws and Letters (LL.M., summa cum laude) in corporate securities law in May, 1995 from Boston University School of Law and was published in The Boston University Annual Law Review of Banking and Financial Law. Mr. Johnson’s Law Review contribution was the World’s first article on securities trading over the Internet. Mr. Johnson received his Juris Doctorate (J.D., summa cum laude) in May, 1992 from Washington University School of Law. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science (B.S., summa cum laude) degrees in both Theoretical Physics and Computer Engineering from The University of Massachusetts in December, 1987.
Mr. Johnson has been a Member of the Policy & Economics Council of Gerson Lehrman Group, one of Wall Street’s leading investment research firms.
Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice law before State and Federal Courts in New York, Massachusetts, Illinois and Washington, D.C.
