Mr. Arons is an experienced transactional attorney representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions nationally and in the District of Columba metropolitan area involving the acquisition, disposition construction and development of commercial real estate and renewable energy projects. Mr. Arons has experience representing major institutional tax credit investors, developers, and community development entities (CDEs) in NMTC transactions utilizing state and federal tax credits in connection with commercial, industrial, mixed-use and retail properties.
Mr. Arons obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Commonwealth Honors College. Mr. Arons obtained his Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law, where his Law Review Article was published in the Transportation Law Journal and was cited an amicus brief granted writ of certiorari by the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining MA, Mr. Arons was an Associate at an AmLaw 200 Law Firm in Washington, D.C., at a mid-size firm in Boston, Massachusetts, and clerked at the Montgomery County, Maryland Circuit Court.
Mr. Arons is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts.
