Ms. Zoldak works mostly in the transactional law sphere, lending her expertise to contractual and lending issues. Most recently, Ms. Zoldak worked for the federal government advising on a portfolio of complex lending matters, ranging from rural Affordable Housing LIHTC transactions to rural infrastructure projects, for private, public, and tribal borrowers. Ms. Zoldak has advised on a variety of regulatory issues during her time in federal practice, often being selected as one of a few “field” attorneys to provide input on national matters. Professionally, Ms. Zoldak is very interested in how tax law affects succession and business planning, particularly for privately-held businesses. Overall, Ms. Zoldak has a passion for precisely drafted documents and enjoys breaking down complex legal issues so that clients can be fully informed in the decision making process.
