Donna Lyons is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience advising and leading federal organizations on matters involving employment and ethics. Her practice focused on employee misconduct, termination, human resources, and workplace discrimination.

In addition to federal employment expertise, Ms. Lyons also developed and implemented compliant, forward-thinking solutions across a range of complex legal and regulatory issues. She played a key role in shaping internal policies, interpreting intricate federal laws, regulations, and Executive Orders as well as served in oversight roles; leading audits, reviews, and investigations in dynamic, high-pressure federal environments. 

Her extensive background in both legal analysis and practical application makes her a trusted advisor in navigating the challenges of federal and state agencies.
